  1. your brushing your teeth to hard. or you usually dint brush your gums and you are now. yuor gums will get use to it if you do it every day? night

  2. My gums used to bleed as well when I was younger. Possibly you're brushing your teeth to hard, or your gum bleed very easily. I heard it's a possible sign of gingivitis. I suggest that you visit a dentist to make sure it's fine and brush and floss your teeth more often.

  3. My gums bleed when I poke at the or go under them to clean my teeth

  4. Not brushing and flossing enough. I know that sucks to hear because I had this problem too.

You should be brushing your teeth at least 3 times a day (preferably after eating) and flossing once every two days. If your gums bleed when you floss, that's good because it means the floss is "working." The more you floss the "tougher" your gums will be and then they won't bleed anymore.

If it's a really bad problem, go buy a water pick at Wal mart(not just for braces!). There like $30. It'll hurt the first few times you use it (set it low on the scale). It has different levels of for how fast the water comes out of it and it'll clean your teeth even when you got everything out!

When you get used to how fast the water comes out, turn it up until you can get all the way to the top.

    Good luck!

  5. Boron is necessary for cartilage formation and repair; it affects Calcium, Magnesium, and Phosphorus levels. It is essential to bone metabolism and calcification of bones, and helps prevent osteoporosis, arthritis, and tooth decay. Memory and brain function can be improved with Boron.

Boron plays a role in regulating the hormones. Boron is said to potentiate estrogen's role in building bones by helping convert vitamin D into the active form necessary for the absorption of Calcium. It especially affects estrogen, but testosterone is affected as well. Some research shows that Boron improves libido.

Boron is stored in the parathyroid glands. A Boron deficiency can cause weak and fragile cell walls.

  6. Dental research points out that bleeding gums may indicate medical problems aside from gum disease.  Bad breath and bleeding gums are strong indicators of diabetes.  Swollen gums and painful jaw is a clue for a potential heart attack.  This can mean that gum disease can contribute to complicated heart conditions.  Which is why we need to give importance to good dental hygiene. Seeing your dentist can help you detect the cause of your swollen and bleeding gums.  An accurate diagnosis to detect the reason why you have swollen and bleeding gums is crucial part of choosing the appropriate course of treatment.

  7. Do they only bleed at night? Or that is when you brush your teeth?

I am lead to believe that you may not be brushing enough or too much with a hard bristle brush. It can also be the way you are brushing too!

We use to get told to brush in circles on the tooth and gum lines. Not so now!

Brush with a gentle but firm upstroke with w/ a fine bristle brush on the bottom teeth. And a downstroke on the top teeth, w/ the longer side of the tooth brush along the gum line.

Check with your dentist as well for further advice...

    Hope this helps!
