  1. Having had cancer I would have to say Macmillan nurses.

    Also animal welfare.

If I did win the lottery I always say I would open a hospice and make it the best.

  2. locks of love!

  3. Canadian Bible society. There are so many believers that Bible supplies cannot keep up. We are living through the greatest era of Christian growth ever, but the media try to hide this. The only exception is Europe, where Churches struggle.

  4. St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and Savedarfur.org.

But I see no reason to wait until I win a lot of money.

  5. barnadoes.

  6. I am a proud member of Lions club   We are raising money to cure blindness  We are paying for thousands of eye operations

  7. There are many charities I already donate to but as for a substantial amount, the  League against cruel sports, would be a main one and BUAV but I would open a sanctuary especially for pigs, as I feel they have a really bad deal and have been treat so cruelly...

It's probably easier to say who I wouldn't donate to! I wouldn't donate to the RSPCA because they are basically cr@p and I despise the 'Royal' connection, which is so hypocritical considering how cruel they are to animals and I wouldn't donate to the PDSA, as they allow the system, which was set up for those in need to be abused...

As for human charities, I would give only to third world countries, whose needs are the greatest...

  8. Demelza House Children's Hospice

    TeddyCare

    Toys For Tots

  9. None, I quite frankly don't trust the authenticity and level of integrity, Charities purport

  10. Bioengineering research. Definitely- bioengineers do a LOT of stuff, like:

    Find cures for cancer.

Grow plants against diseases like malaria, cholera, etc.

    +lots of other stuff.

  11. Either Eden Valley Hospice in Carlisle because my dad spent his last few days there or something to do with renal failure because I was transplanted 14 years ago

  12. NSPCC

    RSPCA

    PDSA

  13. PFOX.... they support the exgay movement.

  14. an international aid charity - the poverty in some countries is terrifying.

I've also created a list of charities with videos to help raise awareness on my site. The idea is to persuade people to make a promise to donate every month as it is regular donations that keep the charities going.

  15. I would donate to:

    Macmillan fund

    Cancer Research

    NSPCC

  16. To cancer pat-ions and also with leukaemia

  17. none... they all steal

  18. BUAV,The Dog's Trust and RSPCA

  19. Cancer Research

    Multiple Sclerosis

    Downs Syndrome

There are so many but these are the ones that have touched me in some way.

  20. I would have to think long and hard about that. With little money it is easy for me to decide I donate to the British Heart Foundation (father had 3 heart attacks) and cancer research (Mother died of cancer).

With a large sum of money I would probably add just another 1 or 2 charities to that list because if I gave to more than that I would probably feel that I would be doing it out of guilt that for once in my life I had been given some luck.
