Hola!  Cabo is the most expensive resort in Mexico!  So a discount airline is hard to come by.  You can go standby,or maybe book something last minute.  Almost all the carriers come here.  Go onto a cheap tickets dot com or something like that travelocity or expedia to compare fares.  You may be able to find a charter airline who flies into Cabo during the tourist season (dec-april).  Everything is pretty well full price right now.
