my mom would just put it in the dirty diaper and throw it out, it's dead skin, theres no use for it.

Lots of moms keep it as a keepsake. So when your child is a teen and driving you nuts you can look at it a remember the good times and the bond you have with them. Then when your child is all grown you can give it to them.

I don't know why but i heard most people keep them and that's just nasty. but i threw all 3 of my kids thing in the trash.

My 20 year old niece was in the house when it happened, so I chased her with it. Then threw it away.
