The earthquakes are not created by cyclone and anti cyclone. It is created because of the sudden release of pressure stored from long time under crust at lithosphere .The lithosphere were broken in to several pieces long ago called tectonic plates and they are moving at the rate of 50 to100 mm per year due to convection of heat under lithosphere.
