Not liking it, way too much accessories the make up is to much the outfit is too bright and little kid like and the hair is just not that cute, when you over think what to wear the outfit isn't that great. A good outfit comes when you don't over plan it.

I like basically everything except for the orange shirt under the pink and gray sweater. Pink and gray with orange do not match, trust me. Another pink shirt or white would look better, but thats just my opinion. Other than that the hair, accessories and shoes all look cute.
