I always hear people asking about certain cars, and sometimes people say that those cars are too powerful for an inexperienced driver.

Does it mean that you could press the pedal and the car would go real fast, doesn't an easy handling, etc?

So who wants 10 points.

  1. It Basically Means That The Car Is Very Fast And Powerful Which Means That The Handling Is Not All That Great And On A Wet Road An Experienced Driver Could Handle A Big Powerful Car Than An Inexperienced One.

I First Had A Honda Accord 4 Cyl And I Drove Like A Pro, Wet Or Dry, But I Got My Cuzs Dodge Magnum SRT8 For Prom And I Was Fishtailing It As Soon As I Hit The Gas. It Was Wet.

  2. Some of the cars that mainly young people want have to much horse power and inexperienced drivers can not handle them and stupid drivers can not handle them. Just because mommy and daddy will buy a fast Mustang or a Hemi Charger for a kid and he sees people drive them doesn't mean he can. It takes driving experience to drive cars like that and the same for big fast motorcycles.

  3. In my humble opinion, the car is too powerful for an inexperienced driver when it accelerates faster than you can think (react).

It is also my opinion that these cars are often too powerful for many experienced drivers, hence, you often see pictures of Porsche's and Ferrari's wrapped around poles.

  4. What it means is that many cars are too powerful for inexperienced driver, they cannot control them or handle them in emergency situations.........

  5. It depends who is saying it. If people are talking about F1 cars then they really are too powerful for somebody who has never used one before because without the right speed the car wont stay on the track. If the driver doesnt drive fast enough the tyres cool down and the car loses grip. Thats too powerful for an inexperienced driver.

When somebody is talking about normal cars they really mean that they are too powerful for stupid drivers. I dont have very much experience but i am a good driver and i know i could drive any normal car safely on the road even if it is very powerful.

  6. Usually when people say that a car is too powerful for an inexperienced driver they are referring to someone who is used to driving a less powerful car that takes more pressure on the gas pedal to get it up to speed or more effort to turn the car, ect. When a drive who is used to a slower car (as previously described) get into a high power muscle car or sports car they are still thinking that they are going to need that extra press of the gas pedal to make the car go and are inexperienced in how the car will react to the inputs the give to it.

ex: Take someone who drives an old slow car and put them in a new high end muscle car. They are not experienced with driving a car with that kind of power and will have a tough time getting used to that car.

So inexperience doesn't refer to how long someone has been driving it simply refers to someone who is not completely comforatble in a car because a lack of driving that type of car.

  7. It means that the inexperienced driver would be incapable of safely handling the car when it comes to important factors such as acceleration and handling.
