  1. The other fish will most likely eat it.  Take the baby out and away from the fish. Including the mother.    


  2. Fish are dumb and will eat them , even mom will eat them , keep some plastic  grass for the babies to hide in, or get one  of the breeder boxes to keep them safe.  

  3. Yes, the other fish will try to eat it. Isolate the baby fish!
