We have a 1976 $2 bill that was printed with a line in it as if it had a fold in it. there is a line from the top to bottom.

It was signed by William E ? We have had it for a long time in great condition.

Also a stamp sheet honoring the "Legends of the West" with the wrong person commemorating Bill Pickett.

Thank You

  1. I'm not sure of your answer, take it to an antique/collector's store and I'm sure you'll be able to find out from there.

  2.   I do not know about the $2 bill but the Stamp sheet was sold at auction and is very rare, If in the original blue evelope it is worth about $500 if out of the envelope, it is still worth about $475, using the 2008 catalog, and prices have been going up. this is one of the few cases of recent stamps being worth a lot of money. save it as it will continue for a few more years to increase. over teh last 4 years it has gone up from $200 to $500, that is more than normal. very few are out there, and most are ending in collections. The bill needs to be seen by a coin collector or shop, it sounds almost like printers waste, and should never have seen the light of day, it also could be worth a bit of coin.
