a mini tramp, foldable, is very very good. twice as good as a treadmill. if u dont think the person will will feel hurt, u could consider it.

-Giftcard

-Chocolate (or other stuff...)

-Pen or keyring with his/her name engraved on it

-A mug with his name

-If shes a girl maybe she likes jewellery

-Happy Birthday Card

-Flowers

-Maybe if he/she likes some sport/team-tickets

-Clothes (jumper, T-shirt etc...)

-Or just some nice things, maybe a nice candle for the table or stuff like that
