I don't really understand marriage. I guess it's just saying "Hey let's hold a big ceremony with all our friends and family to show how much we love eachother and how we want to be together forever, never cheat on eachother, have kids, etc." But I guess it doesn't always work out like that anyway. Loads of couples are happy together without having to get married.
