WHAT IS GOING ON? please im scared!

Kay so heres the story, my mom had a miscarriage, about 2-3 weeks ago, which was confirmed by doctors, so they gave her a D&C, (where they scrape out the remains), but ever since, she still feels like she pregnant, and has all the symptoms, we were just wondering, if she was pregnant with twins and one survived or something, if not, what is the problem.

Please help, i really wanted a bro/sis.

Could twins have been a possibility, or is she having some sort of phantom pregnancy?

is she was pregnant with twins then i would say when they did the d&c they clean absolutely everything.. so she isnt pregnant at all something your body stll thiks your pregnant after a miscarriage give it a couples more days and if she still feel like that take your mom to the doctor.  GOOD LUCK!!!

Her hormones probably have not returned to normal.

There is no way a D&C would not have removed a twin if there was one.

Sorry. Focus on helping your mom. Don't put any pressure on her.

No, if they did a dnc which I had one, it's very highly not possible to still have one, the hormones stay in your body and slowly go away after a month sometimes longer if she was futher along, the doctor should have explained it to her about that, I'm sooo sooo sorry for the lost, and pain.

I'm sorry, sweetie, she's not still pregnant. There is nothing in there. It may just take a while for all of the hormones to get out of her system.
