  1. I HAVE AND USE MY PAYPAL DEBIT CARD ALL THE TIME.

The only thing i don't like about it is there is a limit of $400.00 cash per day available for withdrawal..at ATM...I can spend $5000.00 daily

thats my spending limit...but no more than $400.00 in CASH

    go to www.paypal.com

they will walk you step by step process, its simple,,,cost you nothing

they asking checking account info...then 4 to 7 days later your bank

will give you the two credits...that paypal made into your checking

account...like .07- & 04 cents.....be sure to list the deposits in the same order your bank tells you, because those two amounts is what will activate your paypal account.....another thing i wasn't happy with

you wait about 8 to 10 weeks before you get the card...thats a drag

ask if it can be expedited...had i known, i would have. asked that.....anyway good luck.....hope i helped

  2. You have this account at PayPal (it's so handy). You can transfer money safely without giving your credit card number.

  3. you can get a paypal account pretty easily. all you need is an email address and a bank account, debit or credit card. you add funds to your paypal account and when you are ready to buy something from the internet, you can use your paypal account to pay for it instead of giving away your credit card info. i usually use it on ebay.

  4. Paypal is an online payment systems for online payments.

You transact (debit/credit) to it primarily through credit card.

    Example:

you select a product on ebay for purchase.

you deside to pay for it through paypal.

select paypal mode of payment or credit card mode of payment

the site takes you to paypal.

You pay to paypal by feeding your credit card details in a 128 bit encripted system.

Paypal informs the seller regarding the reciept of payment.

    seller despatchs you the item.

you get the item and inform the paypal about the same on net within a stipulated time.

if no reverse remarks from the buyer is recieved , then paypal sends the payment to the seller.

if you donot get the item or get cheated on a reputed site, paypal protects your payment and gives you a refund too.

  5. You make an account and transfer money into it from your bank account.  Then it can be used online to purchase things, ebay for example.  Just another way to buy things online except you put money in from your bank rather than give a credit or debit card.

  6. go to paypal.com
