  1. A conversion kit if available. I would have to geuss piston rings, injectors or in your case jets, different fuel line, pump, and filter. Possibly your compression ratio will have to be changed. Google it

  2. An air cooled motorcycle, Is it a 2 stroke? JW

Now remember, methanol has a stoich mix @ 6.xx:1, where as gasoline has a mix of 14.7:1. Which means you will need to burn MORE than twice the methanol as opposed to gasoline. JET UP BIG TIME. A problem with methanol though, is that it is VERY corrosive, your engine will last no wear near as long as a gas engine.

  3. A lot is the best I can tell you in this space.

  4. Alcohol is corrosive to most metals used in the fuel system.  It will also deteriorate many rubbers and plastics.

    Alcohol rated fuel Lines

    Alcohol rated carburetors

    Alcohol rated fuel tank

    Alcohol rated fuel shutoff valve.

    Carburetor jetting

    Spark plugs

    Ignition timing

You may also want to install high compression pistons to take advantage of the alcohol.
