WHAT IS THAT on his neck?

i have a sulcata tortuise and he's about 65-70lbs but there is this thing on the left side of his neck it looks like a tumor what is that? is that normal and it looks like its only on one side

it is probably an abscess, but with out a picture i can't really tell you but lumps on a tortoises neck is not normal, if it is an abscess then it is easily treated with antibiotics, but you will need to see a reptile vet for that, if you leave it is could cause serious problems so it is best to get it looked at, best of luck honey hope it is nothing serious.

how can we even guess if there is no picture...it could be anything.

Id find a vet that works with reptiles and have him check it out.
