Hey you answer guys! Don't know what a fluke is. I think you (questioner) know probably all the ideas and answers but want one to actually work. Stick with what you know. That's my advice. Don't give up on diets and medicines and cleanses. The parasite cleanse herbs, the zapper, Grapefruit seed extract, avoidance of problem foods, colloidal silver...you know, all that stuff and more. Do a bit more study on web. Tell us when you find something new.

Oh yeah also- Bentonite clay. You may need also to get heavy metals out of your system, which clay will help with too. Check out Yahoogroups- aboutclay or the site aboutclay.com. You can ask and get really good answers there. GOOD LUCK!

Getting enough water, and yes, also fiber. If you mean intestinal flu but its a spelling error, you can't get rid of it forever. If you mean any intestinal problems,  that covers a lot of problems. If it's just irritable bowel or irregularity or diarrhea or those two going back and forth, I agree with the fiber. I had cramps and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) so bad I had to know where a bathroom was at all times when I went out. I started taking 1 fiber tablet daily (USE A FULL GLASS OF WATER WITH IT) and I only have those problems when I forget to take the fiber. If you don't take enough water with the fiber tab, you will get more constipated. Also drinking more liquids (water is best for your body) during the day, your intestinal tract will behave better. If water and fiber don't work, you might have food sensitivity to dairy products or wheat products, or just might need enzymes to help digest your food. I take those too. They digest your food better so you get better nutrients and less food is turned into fat. Hope you find relief, it's a pain in the gut!
