But be aware that if people voluntarily give her the money and do not mind how it is used, there may not be any criminal act being committed. E.g. some gurus and religious leaders collect money from duped people and the law cannot do very much.

What do you mean putting a mimistry? What is a mimistry? Maybe a ministry. What is this a christian movement? You stay away from it. NOW THE QUESTION- how can you prove this money she is collecting is going to her pocket? You got a witness or evidence to prove otherwise, if not then you are falsely accusing someone of false pretenses and could be filed in court as malicious and end up as defamation charges against you.
