  1. She is a thief

  2. Just because the money is being kept in her personal account may not mean it will not be handed over. But if you are SURE she is defrauding the public, you can report her to the police. But be aware that if people voluntarily give her the money and do not mind how it is used, there may not be any criminal act being committed. E.g. some gurus and religious leaders collect money from duped people and the law cannot do very much.

  3. You need to speak to your local prosecutor as it would seem to be a form of fraud.

  4. Obtaining money by deception/fraudulently obtaining money through false representation.

Or just plain old fashion theft.

  5. What is the charge you mean for these kind? Then it is swindling. As the law state of swindling-

    Main Entry: 1swin·dle

    Pronunciation: \ˈswin-dəl\

    Function: verb

    Inflected Form(s): swin·dled; swin·dling  \ˈswin(d)-liŋ, ˈswin-dəl-iŋ\

Etymology: back-formation from swindler, from German Schwindler giddy person, from schwindeln to be dizzy, from Old High German swintilōn, frequentative of swintan to diminish, vanish; akin to Old

    English swindan to vanish

    Date: circa 1782

    intransitive verb

: to obtain money or property by fraud or deceit

    transitive verb

: to take money or property from by fraud or deceit

    synonyms see cheat

    — swin·dler  \ˈswin(d)-lər, ˈswin-dəl-ər\ noun

What do you mean putting a mimistry? What is a mimistry? Maybe a ministry. What is this a christian movement? You stay away from it. NOW THE QUESTION- how can you prove this money she is collecting is going to her pocket? You got a witness or evidence to prove otherwise, if not then you are falsely accusing someone of false pretenses and could be filed in court as malicious and end up as defamation charges against you.

HOW TO STOP HER? Then file your complaint in court in order to stop her, but caution to you if all your accusation is without evidence then she may file a counter-charge against you. Proving a scheme or fraud like these is NOT EASY. Deception to these people are just peanuts.
