I AM TRAVELLING IN JUNE TO A MINIATURE FAIR IN SOEST AND NEED TO KNOW WHICH IS THE EASIEST WAY TO TRAVEL TO SOEST BY TRAIN OR BUS OR TAXI

Direct trains to Soest depart from Dortmund Hbf every half an hour or so during the day. The journey by regional train (RE/RB) is approximately forty to fifty minutes. ICEs also serve the route and make the journey in just over half an hour, though a surcharge is payable on top of the regional train fee.

The train will be your best and cheapest way,buy a schön tag ticket.it costs roughly 30 euros and 5 people can travel together  on the 1 ticket. if your travelling alone it should be no more than 10-12 euros.Buses dont go and a taxi would be about 150 euros.if you want to no for sure goto deutschebahn.de
