  1. The force out rule is GONE.  The receiver either gets both feet or one knee or one elbow in bounds or it's incomplete.  The ONLY exception is if the defender actually carries the receiver out of bounds.

    The person above did not mention that one knee or elbow equals two feet.  This is known as "the Chuck Noll rule".


  2. There is no force out called anymore. You must get 2 feet in no matter what. Even if someone is knocked out just before their feet hit and it looked like they would be in it is now out of bounds. There was so much of a problem since it was hard to tell if someone would get their feet in or not now it doesnt matter.
