It came on a long time ago I THINK Disney (could have possibly been Nick Jr.) and was for kids. I don't remember hardly anything except the people there looked extremely weird. The main character was a little girl with pink hair (was a wig)! And I remember a man (the bad guy I think) had an extremely square chin.

It's Lazy Town and I totally agree with you it's the strangest show, but I don't think it was on Disney Channel cause we don't get Disney Channel but I know my younger sibs used to watch it.
