Tornadoes and beef and wheat fields... and also for itty bitty little towns where all homes have storm cellars.  I lived there once.  We had a creek and it was so much fun playing in it and following it to the end of our property.  I loved the little tree frogs that could jump really high.  I also loved going fishing with my foster uncle Tom.  He showed me how to catch grasshoppers and bait my hook.  Auntie, in a gr8 big 2 story farmhouse was always busy making pies and bread and sending us out to fetch eggs from the hen house...those hens can be very mean....and those are memories that I cherish.
