she is at my school I do not want to ask to be rude ya know i know shes asian but I donot want to be rude! her first name is both. her first name is Uta last name Minzu but Minzu can be both Japanese and Chinese,ahahaha mInzu is my last name too lol but we r not related

Where was she born and what is her citizenship? That defines nationality.  Now her ancestral heritage might be a number of things.   Your nationality is not the country from which your ancestors came.  

I had ancestors in the U.S. before the Mayflower at Jamestown and among the native Americans.  However, anybody who is naturalized in a federal courthouse tomorrow, their nationality is just as American as mine and that it all it is unless they have dual citizenship.

It's a bit difficult to tell from the picture.

Also, you cannot tell someone's nationality merely from looking at a photo. One's nationality is determined by where one lives. Perhaps you meant ethnicity?

you seem a bit obssessed with her. does she know ur posting pics of her on the internet? i think she may be mixed she doesnt look chinese nor japanese fully. she kinda looks black this pic is not clear but she looks pretty.
