  1. you are a good all around player...which is what coaches like.

    you are tall-middle

    good setter-setter

    ball control-libero

    good spiking?-outside

you can play any position, take advantage of it

  2. just keep up what you're doing. if you cannot decide on a position, i'm sure your coach will put you in at what she thinks you do best for the team.

  3. My answer would be, if you just plan on playing in high school then go head, and go for anything obviously your the "all-around player" that not too many people can be

but if you plan on playin post-high school i would recommend D.S/Libero simply because 5'7 is pretty short in that world of giants, and really no coach would even take you serious about placing you on their front row, so go and become the BEST libero you can be because now-a-days the first thing coaches look at is height and if your small you already got a couple strings holding you back

    Hope i have helped:)

  4. I would play setter or libero.

Work on setting ALOT though because not many people set, which will make them need you more.

  5. did u ask this question just 2 show off? i mean come on....

but if u r seriously that dumb and r truly asking this question 2 find an answer then take it from another 9th grade vball player... i tried out 4 all postions and i was also a good all around player and every game coach m wuld hav me play a different position... so just b ready 4 wateva the coach decides 2 do wit u

but HAHA! I BEAT U!!! I GOT 17 POINTS IN A GAME 4 SERVING!!!! rally scoring =) lol..

  6. just keep working on everything, you can use all the skills needed for them anyways(ex. hitting setting passing and digging)...your coach will know the right postion for you..thats what they're there for

  7. Don't worry about what position you will play.  Your coach will determine where you are needed in order to make your team better.  Make sure you practice all skills because you are of average height (and may not grow anymore) -- so being a front row/back row player is well within your grasp.  Even a setter is not out of the question.

I have seen too many players specialize in one position and three years later that is all they know.  A stud freshman comes in and takes their position and they sit on the bench because they have no backup skills.

Every team needs great passers.  If you focus on passing, you will always have a position on the court.

    Good luck.

  8. by the sounds of it, you are a good all-round player, which basically means you can bump set && spike. just be ready for anything.

  9. You sound like a good all around player.

    Have you thought about libero?

that might be a good position for you.

Other than  that, just keep playing and let your coach put you where you need to be. They will do what is best for you and your team.

  10. sound like you can play everything.

  11. I Think you should be a Outside hitter If your gonna grow more!!!!

If you don't care what position you play just ask your coach what your best at and he will tell you!!!

If you dont know the positions.

    The posistions are:

    Setter

    Middle back

    Middle front

    Outside Back (Left)

    Outside front (Left)

    Right Front

    Right back

Libero (you can only be in the back row and you can't start the game.

    Hope I Helped!!!

    Have a Great Day!!
