I wish that you would have done your homework before buying anything with Sony's name on it. Jsut so that you know those subs, you could have bought them from Walmart, if you did not buy them there.

I would not give that sub no more than 500 watts RMS, and that would be pushing it. So a 1000 watt rms amp will do the trick for you.

I like Sony Xplod, and last time I checked, you could not buy these particular subs from Wal Mart, they only sell the 1200 and 1300 watt 12's at Wal Mart.

If your talking about the slim sub, then yes its 380 watts RMS

And as for amplifiers, you could go with Sony's XM-SD61X, or possibly TWO XM-2150GSX (both bridged) if you can find them.....there are plenty of other amps, just check out sonys site and see what you can find that you like, and there are even more options if you want to SLIGHTLY over or under power the subs!
