WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE SHOWER??

okay well for right now im the only freshman in the whole cross country team and the only person thats younger in the varsity team. Well i found out that we have to practice in the morning. Then i found out that we have to take showers right after practice. I really had no problem till today that i found out that its open SHOWERS!!! I am with a whole bunch of Juniors and Seniors and im the only Freshman to begin with. Since today i was late for practice i didnt have to practice so no shower thank god. But tomorrow i have to be there early then SHOWER!!! I have no idea what to do. If you have any reasonable advice PLEASE TELL ME!!!! Or i could just let it all hang out.(not ready for that just yet)
