So I have some chicken b*****s thawed out for dinner. What should i make with them??

  1. Cook boneless skinless chicken b*****s in a skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook some spaghetti following directions on the box. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.

  2. Fry them in butter and honey till brown, then stick in dish with honey/butter sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then bake for 30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes to soak up excess sauce, and other vegies.

  3. Hi..im from singapore, why don' u try this curry chiken..u can eat it with baguette or plain rice....

    CURRY CHIKEN

    Ingredient:

    1 whole Chiken

    4 large potato(cut by 2-4)

    3 large tomato(cut into 4)

    curry leaves

    5-6 shallots(slice)

    1-2 cup tamarind juice(lemon juice also can..)

    1-2 cups of oil

    250ml-1litre coconut milk(u also can use skim milk)

    1-2litre plain water

    Salt

    (B)1-2 cardamom pods

    2-3 star anise

    1 cinnamon stick

    (A) Blend

    2-3 onion

    2-3 garlic

    5-6 dried chillies

    4 inches ginger

    250gm meat curry powder (the best Baba's brand or House brand)

    Method:

    1.Cook ingredients (A),(B) together with the Chiken and potatoes with 1-2litre of plain water in cooking pot till the chiken potatoes soft and tender.(2 teaspoon of salt)

    2. Put in the coconut milk and tamarind juice wait till it boiled and simmer down.

    3. In meanwhile heat the cooking pan with oil,fried the shallots and curry leaves till dark brown.

    4.Pour in the ingredients that u fried into the cooking pot.(all together with the oil)

    5. Taste it followed by salt.. u have to estimate the salt by urself..

    6.Last but not least.. u put in the tomatoes n u switch the stove fire off.

  5. Boil it till it falls apart add taco seasoning then put that in to soft taco shells with cheese browning the shells in a pan while melting the cheese inside to make quesadillas one of my favorites

    I forgot to add you need to butter the side of the taco shell that is touching the pan so it doesn't stick

    Boneless chicken b*****s, or other chicken pieces of your choice

    Garlic powder

    Onion powder

    Salt and pepper

    Tomato slices

    Olive oil

    Parmesan cheese

    Spray a glass casserole dish with non-stick spray. Use whatever size casserole fits the amount of chicken you are using.

    Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. I use a generous amount of the garlic and onion powders to coat the b*****s on both sides. They add a lot of favor with no fat. Do not use garlic and onion salt, or if you do, don't salt the meat, as it will be too salty. Place the chicken pieces in the baking dish.

    Lay a large slice or two small slices of tomato on each breast. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil. No need to use a lot. Even a teaspoon makes a big difference in the taste and texture when it is done.

    Bake at 375ºF for about 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on each chicken breast. Bake for another 5 minutes.


  8. cut into cubes, put 1/3 cup of each --worchestshire sauce, red wine vinegar,soy sauce and brown sugar.  Also put 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and a couple tsp. of butter.  put all of this in a skillet & cook chicken until done.  Serve over rice.  You can add some cooked vegetables also if you like.
