SHE GOT 7 BANDS IN ACADAMIC ILETS TEST, SHE IS MCA.

SHE IS A GOVERMENT TEACHER FROM 1 & HALF YEAR IN INDIA.

SHE HAVE THE AMOUNT TO PURCHASE A HOME IN AUSTRALIA MELBOURNE.

SHE WANTS TO GO TO AUSTRALIA ON STUDENT VISA, AND AFTER SHE REACH THERE SHE

WILL COME TO INDIA AND DO COURT MARRIGE WITH ME.BUT WE DONT KNOW WHAT ARE

THE REQUIRMENTS TO DO THAT ...

Sorry, but I don't know what MCA means and that makes it difficult to advise what type of course she should do. If you wish to apply for a permanent visa, she should ensure that the course she does leads to qualifications in one of the occupations in workers are needed in Australia. If she is already a teacher, teaching may be a good idea as teachers are needed here.

If she comes as a normal undergraduate student, she will be able to work for 20 hours per week during the semester and unlimited hours during official semester breaks. You (her spouse) will be able to work 20 hours per week all year around i.e. no extras during semester breaks.

There are some exceptions to this rule when the student is on specific student visas i.e. 573 (students enrolled in Masters by coursework), 574  (students studying a Masters by coursework) or 576 (Masters by research or Doctoral degree, sponsored by AusAID or Defence). On those visas, family members of students can work unlimited hours once the student starts their main course.

To get a student visa, she must be accepted by an approved Australian educational institution before applying and must pay tuition fees before arriving in the country.

It's a beautiful place to live... Melbourne is a great city, but the weather is quite unsettled. The old joke goes that you can have four seasons in one day... and it's right. It's cheaper for housing and better weather in Brisbane.

First of all, both of you need to contact the Australian High Commission in India and find out what the requirements are for migrating to Australia.  She cannot come here on a student visa and then expect permanent residency for both herself and you.  Check it out first.
