WHAT SHOULD YOU EAT THE MORNING AFTER DRINKING.

I DON'T DRINK THAT OFTEN BUT WHEN I DO GET DRUNK I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS THE NEXT MORNING .NO HEADACHES OR ANYTHING,IT'S JUST I GET SICK TO MY STOMACH. SO I'M SCARED TO EAT ANYTHING.

  1. salt and fat. My favorite morning after breakfast is a sausage egg and cheese croisan'wich! And the hash browns from burger king.


  2. speacial K, fruit, coffee.  works for me.

  3. There is a basic diet when you're sick to your stomach - I have to follow it all of the time, because I have IBS and other related stomach problems - such as nausea.  It's called the "BRAT" diet - so it's easy to remember:

    Bananas

    Rice or rice cereal

    Applesauce

    Toast

    I'd try these to see if your stomach can handle them - good luck!

    Take Aleve, before you even start drinking, and you shouldn't have any problems, at all the next morning.

  7. you need to drink water because you can mistake dehydration for hunger.  your body is dehydrated,  water is necessary.  there is no "hangover" food per se even though people will try to tell u there is
