WHAT? Spotting 2 weeks before scheduled period....nothing....and spotting again?

I started spotting 2 weeks before my scheduled period and I assumed that it was my period although it never fully began. That was about 2 weeks ago from now and I started lightly spotting again. What is going on?

  1. Have you recently come off the Birth Control Pill? I only ask because it can cause your hormones to go a little crazy and this can cause irregular periods or spotting.

    Sometimes your periods can get a little messed up, so I would recommend keeping an eye on things to see if it settles on it's own, but if you are normally as regular as clockwork and this is bothering you then perhaps book a time to see your Doctor.
