OK I HAVE THESE LITTLE BUGS THAT ALWAYS RUN ACROSS MY ROOM THEY LOOK LIKE A MIX OF THE BUGS FROM THE MOVIE SLITHER AND A FLAT BLACK SLUG WITH LEGS THEY ARE ALMOST AN INCH LONG AND I GOT BIT BY 1 ABOUT 5 MINUTES AGO AND AM WORRIED THEY ARE POISONOUS PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THESE LITTLE FUCKERS ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like millipedes to me.  They secrete a toxin, but it's only a problem if you eat 'em

I think, my friend, that you are going to have to clean up your home, AND call an exterminator.  Looks like you're infested with Cockroaches.  And, if they are Cockroaches, you'll never get rid of them yourself,  because for all the ones  you actually "see", there are "hundreds" more that you don't see, in the walls, under the floor, etc.

Call the exterminator.
