WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU GET CAUGHT AT THE CASINO?

I WANT TO GO AND PLAY THE SLOTS AT THE CASINO,HOWEVER I PUT MYSELF ON THE BETS OFF LIST 2 YEARS AGO. IF I GOT CAUGHT,WOULD i really get arrested?

Why were you listed? If your a cheater they will be loking for you still. If you were acting like a fool then grow up and act like a human. They will still take your money if you don't act stupid. Ever think about online?

You will not get arrested.  They will, however, escort you from the property.  That could be a little embarassing.  Why put yourself through that?  If you self excluded yourself, I'm sure you had a good reason.  If you want to get off the list, you have to contact Casino Security to do so.  Sometimes, depending on state law, it's not so easy to do.  Once you self exclude yourself, there may be a minimum amount of time that must pass before you are allowed to come off of the list.

If you voluntarily put yourself on their black list, then if caught they will ask you to leave. If you actually win a jackpot, you will not be paid. So it really doesn't pay for you to go.

You can however, contact the casino's customer service department and see about getting yourself taken off the list. Which usually takes a month or so.

If it was voluntary you won't get arrested. If they put you on the list for something you did while on their property, then yes, you could be arrested.
