my first job was toys r us when i was 16. they payed me 8$ which was 3$ more than what minimum wage was at the time.

sounds like your parents aren't stupid at all, sounds like they are really smart by not catering to your every need when you are old enough to earn your own money.

You can work at grocery stores, fast food places, restaurants, and any place at the mall.

it sounds like ur parents r trying 2 teach u responsibility.  ur old enough 2 get a job so why not get one and then u can go shopping whenever u like.

ur 16, i doubt u will get anything more than minimum wage which is enough for someone ur age.

Hey what's up man... if the easiest job and the easy-to-get-a-job place would be CVS (my first job) but hey, you will learn that the pay is bad and you reall don't feel unacompplished...

I know it's amazing but a lazy bum like me STILL felt the need to do more lol

The best job, in my opinion is being a bank teller. If you have good math scores, high gpa (both of those you can lie about it btw xP) and a bright, friendly person you can apply to Commerce Bank (beggining pay of 10.00/hour) which is awsome!
