WHAT do u recomend for my car?

i have a honda prelude 1992 with 200,000 miles on it.. what oil brand do u think is best to use... im putting 10W-40 at this time is that correct or not? also the car is an electrical mess... the interior lights dont work the switch is broken the trunk lights dont work sumtimes the windows dont work mysteriously where can i take it and how much u think it would cost to rewire the whole car?

  3. By assuming the whole car needs rewired, you are sending a message to the mechanic to take advantage of you and most will charge you an arm and a leg. Most wiring problems are localized in one area and can be fixed by a KNOWLEDGEABLE mechanic. The fuse panel is a good place to start. 10-40 is a suitable oil for a high mileage car. In extreme heat I would use 20-50.
