to analyze the Sun signs alone (check the whole birth chart, as it can change everything) this does not look good, Aries doesnt like to take orders and Pisces is a bit of a pushover and tend to go along with the flow, but i doubt the pisces was like that if he/she is a manager.

Pisces could be frustrated with Aries or worst, the pisces could get out of his/her way. if the Pisces has Capricorn influence then that levels the playing ground, and will put the Aries in its place, or it could be real messy.

or it could be nothing really
