WHAT happened to Customer Service!? What can I do about this!?!?

Ok, so I bought my 2007 Subaru Legacy a little while back in January or Febuary, but I got the automatic and I was mackin on that black manual... So about 2-3 weeks later I decided to trade my car in for a black manual.

I guess it must have been the shine & how bad I wanted it, but I didn't see how F***** horrible the damage was to the interior & exterior, it was almost dark outside is why!

So I trade my automatic, which is worth more, had BRAND NEW tires, better condition, & only 2'000 more miles on it for $700 dollars. Right so I come to pick up my new car the next day only to get inside & in the bright sunshine see that it was missing the cupholder, scratches all over, the seats were totally stained w/ what looked like bleach, they had patched up everything inside, scratches on the outside, the list goes on. I call my dealer AS I'm leaving the dealership to fix it and he says it shud all be under warrenty & we'll take care of it..

You bought a used car. It was months ago. You're stuck with it. Try to sell it to someone else.

Have you heard the Latin phrase "caveat emptor?" It means "let the buyer beware." When you buy used stuff, you need to be aware of the risk. Unfortunately, you just made a bad choice. You let the greed get to you. You just had to have the other car, when the car you were driving was just fine.

Well, you just learned a lesson the hard way.
