  1. VGA is Visual Graphics Array and  is the Graphical Standard introduced by IBM where the resolution will be really good.


  2. VGA is one of the standards for connecting monitors to computers.  It uses a squarish 15 pin connector (called a sub D connector).  Many of the newer TVs have VGA connections you can hook your computer up to them and use the TV as a big monitor to play back DVDs and streaming video.
