WHAT is the Manufacturer of this toy?

I saw this semi truck in a magazine at LEAST 10 years ago, and haven't ever been able to find it, I just did a search for a last final effort and finally found it again, but cant figure out the manufacturer after tons of googling, anyone have one and know? (Pictures I saved from a google image search)

well usually it would have the brand name on it and it can be that some one made it . but if i was you i would try all the words that it say on it see if u can find it.

The truck appears to be a replica of one of the trucks use by the mural painter Wyland.   Maybe that will help in your search
