  1. did you enjoy ur training in mma ? if you did i would say try it out again and learn from ur past life mistakes you only get one life why waste it . do you enjoy watching ufc or any other mma . im a big fan and if i were in your shoes id love to be in it knowing i have the skill to. i think it would hurt inside when watching ufc knowing you gave up something you liked and were good at

  2. Climb the mountain and sit quietly for a while. Once your mind is empty, ask yourself the question again.

  3. some people say its hard to do the right thing.

it isnt. doing the right thing is easy.....knowing what the right thing IS...now that can be hard.

read what you wrote about 50 times and see where you're going to end up. you won't like it.

you got it once...get it again.

if you miss it so much, then go back, and don't blame your dad for pushing you into it.

on the other hand....success is meaningless if you hate what you're doing.

there are other ways to make something of yourself. being famous or being a good fighter are rather meaningless in the big picture.

always live better for yourself and others. the day you stop learning and improving...is the day you die.

in this life you are either going forward. standing still, or falling down. the best thing about hitting bottom is that you can only go up from there....trust me i've been there more than a few times.

  4. no continue to what YOU want because this is your life not your dad's so do not try to impress him if it doesnt make you happy. My mom wanted me to paint sceneries and stuff but i want to paint mermaids i hate sceneries and ill only paint one for her as a gift or a present but no way in h**l would i be keeping a scenery painting. so do the same if you dont like martial arts then move on to something you like because only then will you be happy

  5. Look in the mirror and see what you have become, and remember what you once were.

Then find out what you want to do, do you want to get a higher education, be a great martial artist, get a good job ?

When you have decided what you wish to do, find out how to make it happen then take steps on how to make it happen. But remember a journey of a 1000 miles must begin with the first step.

What you wish to do might not be easy but things that you want rarely are.

  6. Accept responsibility for it.  For everything about where you are.  You made the choices to rebel, not apply yourself and basically tell your father to stuff it.  You should be greatful that you have a parent that takes enough of an interest in your future and your growth to give you a nudge every now and again.  No matter where you are in your life, everything is the way it is based upon the decisions and actions you made.  The sooner you accept that fact and realize the truth of it the sooner you will unlock the secrets to life and improving not only yourself, but the world around you.

  7. You don't have to chose between the year-round pressure and intensity of being a world class athlete or else being nothing but a loser burnout.

  8. Seeing you considered being in the ufc as "a great thing"you probably have low self esteem problems .Get into college continue your education aim higher than being a mere fighter .

  9. Look at yourself.

Do not blame yourself or your dad, just analyze what you are doing and what these activities are causing in your life.

I won't tell you what my life was like because the responsible parties are not here to defend themselves.

I will tell you that today, I would not be here had it not been for the Grace of God, who gave me spiritual strength to do what I am doing and have what I have.

You are treading on dangerous grounds young man.

When you wake up at night because you heard a strange noise... don't you wish you had to ability to turn on all the lights in your home at the same time... to have full vision of what or who may be lurking?

    Light is a wonderful thing.

    Turn on the light.
