MANGINA is slang for the combination of two words Man + v****a.

The word was used in the 2005 movie "Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo" starring Rob Schneider. The word “mangina” in the film refers to a male prostitute.  "Mangina" and "manwhore" is used interchangeably throughout the movie.
