Try eucalyptus or Tea Tree oil on the scruff of their necks its much better than using all the stuff from the vets as is much more natural. I have 4 dogs and I never have any problems with fleas.

You can buy Capstar and Frontline Plus online at Drs. Foster and Smith which will definitely kill all the fleas on your cat and prevent re-infestation.
