I AM 14 AND WANNA KNOW WHEN I CAN get a permit. and when will i get it... im going into hs so im gonna be a freshman... like whaty grade..

To obtain an instruction permit, the driver must be 15½ years old, present proper proof of identity

and pass the vision and knowledge tests.

• A parent or guardian must accept fi nancial responsibility and sign a statement to that effect.

• A licensed driver, 21 years of age or older with at least one year of driving experience, must be

seated next to the new driver at all times while driving.
