WHATS WRONG WITH ME!!!

hi , yesterday when i woke up i could barely walk my right calf muscle was killing me !! and my right arm hurt when i moved it. I had a small headache and later on in the day my eyes were hurting and irritating aswell. I thought it was just a day thing so at 11pm i went to sleep. But... i couldnt get any sleep!! When i lay on my back it feels like someones stepping on my stomach and i had a terrible leg ache and headache. Im 13 years old whats happening to mee?!

you need to go to the doctor and asked them

please check on how you placed your body during sleep and if there is nothing wrong with that, then you need to see a doctor. If you are any where near the tropics then I can guess that it is Malaria, if not please check with your doctor

I am 13 too... Um I guess u r having a fever, or maybe u r handling a huge stress amount....
