  1. I'm not certain but I'm pretty sure they are only searching your criminal record (or lack thereof).  It's not like they have your life story in the computer.

  2. No your military history does not show when you are arrested or when your ID, license is ran through the computer..

If you are a UA or AWOL military member then your name will show up and you will be arrested.

Your military history is your work history and last time I checked your work history does not come up when they run you..

And they ask you if you have served in the military when arrested..so I doubt they would ask if it shows on the computer..

Your military history DOES NOT show on the computers when the police arrest you..Why would it?

  3. No, military record does not come up. There is a database that pertains to your driving history, and DL suspensions and revocations. Another database shows prior arrests, convictions, and warrants.

  4. I doubt it they are only interested in the negative stuff about you when searching for data

  5. Being a military does not show unless you are UA/AWOL but if you are a Firefighter/Police officer your DSN number shows up. (it's a form of identification.)

  6. They won't know unless you show them your Military ID or if you're on the blotter as an AWOL/Deserter.

  7. Your "Identification Record" shows every fingerprint taken.  and the agency that submitted it.  If it was an arrest, it will reveal the charge and disposition.  But if you apply for a job with the Dept of Defense, Office of Personnel Management, or whatever, or if you are an immigrant, lawyer, CPA or need a security clearance, the caption reads simply "non-arrest entry."  They have to make a special request to that agency to find out why they took your fingerprints and the agency itself decides what, if anything to tell them.

The record also shows the name of everyone who has requested to look at it.

You can request a copy of yours from the FBI at the link below.
