There arent many it must be said, the only couple of good fighters from america at the moment are, kelly pavlik, andre berto, paul williams etc...

The boxing world is being dominated by european and mexican fighters and Britain also have a good future too with 8 strong olympic contenders this year led by Frankie Gavin. Also Britain has boxers such as Amir Khan, Carl Froch, Kevin Mitchell who look set for world titles as well as boxers like David Haye who are looking to dominate their prospective divisions with great interest. So i would say for the moment boxing seems a bit european dominated

woody even tho i have much respect for u and ur answers except ali the rest of the boxers u mentioned they will be koed or tko in olympics remember that!i saw last year world championship look some ukranians and russians that come out (and 2 italians specially this one in heavyweight)!

As for USA's Olympic Boxing team, I will be keeping an eye on Sadam Ali (New York), Raynell Williams (Ohio), Demetrius Andrade (Rhode Island) and Rau'shee Warren (Ohio). All but Ali earned an Olympic spot from the 2007 World Championships.
