WHERE ARE THE SPARK PLUGS LOCATED AND ARE THEY HARD TO CHANGE??

On my 2006 HHR where are the spark plugs located? Do i change them from bottom.. where are they??

  1. They are in the cylinder head. Go to the library and look in the Chiltons auto manual to see how to get to them.

  3. they are most likely in the side of the head,they will be in between the pipes of the exhaust manifolds,if u still cant find them follow youre spark plug wires,you are garanteed 2 find them by following youre wires.places like autozone or advance can sell u the speciffic tools that u will need.when u change them make sure youre plugs are properly gapped,and u use the lube that comes with youre plugs.there will also be little plastic retainers that keep youre wires off the heat sources of the engine,be carfull not break these.plus another good tip is 2 replace 1 plug and wire at a time as 2 not get youre wires mixed up.if u mix them up youre vehicle will not perform propperly or not at all.you can also mark the  wires with a paint marker 2 their propper locations.i hope this advice helps you out.
