WHERE CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH NAPA AUTO STORE?

I WENT TO RETURN A ITEM, AN THEY GAVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND, INSTEAD OF THE FULL AMOUNT, NAPA KEPT $10.00 OF MY REDUND, THEY SAY ITS A RESTOCKING FEE AN THAT,S ON ME, I DON,T THINK SO.

  1. It depends on why it was returned.NAPA is not the only ones doing that.


  2. All the invoices specify a restocking fee. I think it would be at the descretion of each store..whether or not they enforce it.

    I'm afraid that...a complaint won't go very far for you...unfortunately.

  3. That's standard procedure at many retail stores. It sucks, but it happens a lot when returning items. This way, they still get something out of it if they get a returned item.

  4. check your reciept if it does not mention a restocking fee contact the BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU of your state

  5. WHAT  KIND OF PART WAS IT? SPECIAL ORDER YOU HAVE TO PAY RESTOCKING FEE USUALLY 10-20 PERCENT IS NORMAL AND IF IT WAS AN ELECTRICAL PART YOUR LUCKY THEY TOOK IT BACK AT ALL.

  6. Unless it was defective a lot do it>Sure doesn't seem like a good way to treat there customers>As you won't be going back again>
