i dont think you can get a free puppy any more. you might beable to find a older dog for free though.

The shelter is a great place to adopt a dog! Right now, with the struggling economy and continued pet overpopulation, there are many to choose from. Often litters of puppies end up at shelters. There is an adoption fee but it is a small amount considering the dog usually comes having received vaccines, deworming, and microchipping. Shelters also help with spaying/neutering, by either already having it done, or including a certificate for it to be done for a discounted price. Go to local shelters in your area and find the puppy or adult dog that wins your heart.

if you want a puppy i dont know if you can get one for free but you should adopt :)
