WHERE CAN i FIND THE CHEAPEST TRIPOD!!!?

When i mean cheap, i mean $5 - $15 dollars. and i dont want the little 6" to 10", i mean at least 40"

  2. Best buy has sales, I got one at Christmas for 9.99.

  3. I wouldn't recommend Craigslist or eBay, simply because the shipping would likely exceed your price point. Local Craigslist or classifieds are a possibility, but most people don't place individual ads for a $15 item.

    I see moderate quality tripods all the time at yard sales and flea markets. That's about the only way you're likely to find a full sized tripod for that price. I have a few yardsale tripods myself, extras. They can do the job, but they're nowhere as nice as my Manfrotto tripod... then again, that one ran about $150.

    If you buy used, be careful... some cheaper tripods have leg latches that break, and some have a removeable camera plate (for quick disconnect) that users often lose. Check that stuff before buying, even for $5-$15.
