bacteria is a living organism present in almost everything; it has adapted to every type of environment whether extreme or normal. it is a misconception that bacteria is bad but actually there are also lots of good bacteria that are present, some of them actually help man in certain metabolic activities.

viruses on the other hand are the midpoint to the boundaries between the living and non-living since viruses are dormant and non-living when unattached to a host but onmce attached, it starts being active and even reproduce.
