Here is a map of the strip area. You can find Circus Circus about two thirds of the way up in the light blue area.

The adventure dome is at Circus Circus. It is on the strip. There are alot of other theme parks that are better than the Dome. There's Wet and Wild,and a number of others.

Go to www.lasvegas.com and I'm sure you will find other theme parks, there are dozens of places to go besides the theme parks.

Adventure Dome is behind Circus Circus  at 2880 Las Vegas Boulevard South.  The phone number for the hotel which would connect you to the Dome is 702.734.0410.  

The closest hotel is Sahara or Riveria.  It is toward the north end of the four-mile Strip.
